ПРАВИЛА ДЛЯ АВТОРОВ

 

1.1. Научно-технический журнал “Грозненский естественнонаучный бюллетень” (далее Журнал) – периодическое рецензируемое научное издание, публикующее на русском или английском языках оригинальные статьи, обзоры, сообщения о научных мероприятиях и другую научную информацию по соответствующим направлениям.

1.2. Цели издания.

1.2.1. Журнал публикует по следующим научным направлениям:

  • 00.00 Науки о Земле (25.00.10 Геофизика, геофизические методы поисков полезных ископаемых (геолого-минералогические), 25.00.11 Геология, поиски и разведка твердых полезных ископаемых, минерагения (геолого-минералогические), 25.00.12 Геология, поиски и разведка нефтяных и газовых месторождений (геолого-минералогические), 25.00.23 Физическая география и биогеография, география почв и геохимия ландшафтов, 25.00.36 Геоэкология (по отраслям), 25.00.32 Геодезия),
  • 14.00 Энергетика (05.14.01 Энергетические системы и комплексы (технические), 05.14.08 Энергоустановки на основе возобновляемых видов энергии (технические),
  • 02.00 Биология (03.02.01 Ботаника, 03.02.08 Экология (по отраслям)

1.2.2. Публикуемые информационные материалы включают:

  • хронику научных событий;
  • рецензии;
  • краткие сообщения о премиях, юбилеях,
  • некрологи;
  • объявления о конкурсах на замещение вакантных должностей в научных институтах;
  • объявления о конкурсах на гранты научных фондов;
  • иная информация, связанная с деятельностью вузов и научных учреждений.

1.3. Плата за публикацию рукописей с авторов не взимается.

2.1. Авторские материалы представляются в редколлегию Журнала по e-mail: groz_science@mail.ru в соответствии с требованиями (скачиваемый ФАЙЛ: ПРАВИЛА ДЛЯ АВТОРОВ (ПРИЛАГАЕТСЯ)

  1. ПРАВОВЫЕ ОТНОШЕНИЯ

Авторы материалов, публикуемых в журнале, несут всю полноту ответственности за соблюдение законодательства в области защиты авторских прав, охраны служебной и коммерческой тайны, за публикацию материалов, защищенных договорами, контрактами или иными юридическими документами, а также патентами и лицензиями. Подавая рукопись в Журнал, авторы подтверждают, что статья не была опубликована ранее и не подана для публикации в другой журнал. При передаче статьи в Редколлегию авторами должен быть представлен подписанный всеми авторами один экземпляр Договора о передаче авторского права издателю на издание статьи на языке оригинала (русском или английском). При этом авторы соглашаются также на публикацию на веб-сайте Журнала английской и русской версии абстракта статьи и списка литературы, а по истечении 6 месяцев с даты публикации – полнотекстовой версии статьи на языке оригинала.

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

1. General Information

1.1. The scientific-technical journal Grozny Natural Science Bulletin (here in after referred to as journal ) is a scholarly peer-review periodical that publishes original research articles, reviews, alerts of scientific events, and other relevant information on a wide range of natural and technical sciences.
1.2. The Journal Main Goals
1.2.1. The Journal publishes articles in the following subject categories:
• Earth Sciences.
• Biology. Ecology.
• Technical Sciences.
1.2.2. Information materials include:
• chronicles of scientific events;
• brief communications on the awards and jubilees, the obituaries;
• announcements of competitive selections for academic positions;
• calls for the research grant proposals announced by the research foundations;
• other relevant information on the activities of universities and scientific institutions;
1.2.3. The Journal does not publish
• papers falling outside the scope of the Journal;
• intellectual content that has been already published in other journals or by other publishers;
• papers that do not contain any new information and results;
• papers containing factual, metrological, mathematical, or other errors that cannot be fixed;
• papers containing the statements and hypotheses that explicitly contradict the established scientific facts;
• any information and announcements that are irrelevant to scientific research;
• materials containing the data referred to the official or commercial confidential information as determined by the acting legislation of the Russian Federation, departmental regulations, agreements, etc.
1.3. Publication fees are not charged.
1.4. The Journal publication policies are determined by the Grozny Natural Science Bulletin Regulations (hereinafter referred to as Regulations) and by the Guidelines for submitting, processing, reviewing, and publishing original research articles and review in the journal (see the Journal home page on the website groz_science@mail.ru/).

2. Submission of Manuscripts

2.1. Original manuscripts can be submitted to the Journal:
• by mail: to the Editorial Board of the journal Grozny Natural Science Bulletin, Academy of Sciences of the Chechen Republic, ul. Esambaeva 13, Grozny, 364024 Russia;
• by e-mail: to groz_science@mail.ru
2.2. Submission materials should include
• electronic files with the text of the manuscript (MS Word version 6.0 and higher) and figures formatted in accordance with the Author Guidelines;
• one hard copy of the manuscript printed on A4 page size;
• the complete information for all authors including the first, middle, and last names, affiliations, postal and e-mail addresses;
• a cover letter indicating the corresponding.

3. Manuscript Format instructions

3.1. Structuring the Manuscript
• UDC Universal Decimal Classification (according to the Russian nomenclature);
• the Russian and English-translated title of the paper;
• the full name(s) of the author(s) (the last, first, and middle names) in Russian and English;
• names of the institutions, cities, and countries in Russian and English;
• the summary (500 signs) in Russian and English. The summary should contain a brief description of the main points of the study including the statement of the problem, the data, and the results and provide a sufficiently full and clear idea of the work.
• the keywords in Russian and English (7-15 words);
• the text of the paper (not more than 12 pages) should be submitted in Microsoft Word with 12 pt and 1.15 spacing without layout elements;
• two lists of references, one for the Russian version and the other for the English version of the Journal website. The examples of formatting the references are presented below. For the English version of the Journal website, the titles of the papers that are originally published in Russian should be translated by the author into English. If the article was published in the English-translated journal, the reference to the English version of the quoted publication should be provided.
• the author(s) information according to the following template (in case of multiple-authored submission, the information should be provided for each author) in Russian and English:

• figures;
• figure captions;
• tables;
• table titles.
3.2. Formatting the Manuscript
• The text should use Times New Roman font (12 pt) and 1.5 line spacing; all the pages should be numbered; the hard copies should be printed on A4 page size with 2.5 cm margins.
• Tables should be presented in Word or Excel. The references to the tables should be enclosed in parentheses and appear as (Table 1), (Tables 1, 2), or (Tables 1-3).
• Figures (no more than 4-5) should not be embedded in the text flow. In the electronic version, each figure should be organized as a separate monochrome (grayscale) graphic file (jpeg, tiff) with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. If necessary, color figures can be published by the decision of the Editorial Board. All used symbols and abbreviations should be defined. The dimension of quantities must correspond to the International System of Units. The references to the figures should be enclosed in parentheses and appear as (Fig. 1), (Figs. 1, 2), or (Figs. 1-3). Figures and tables should not duplicate each other.
• The captions should be presented in the text.
• Formulas (no more than 10). All symbols should be identified. The number of the formula is enclosed in parentheses and indicated on the right of the formula. It is preferable that the formulas are inserted using the Word Equation Editor. The references to the formulas in the text should appear as (1), or (1), (2), or (1)-(3).
• The sources included in the List of References should appear in the alphabetical order (according to the first letters of the name of the author or the first co-author) starting with papers in Russian and then papers on other languages. The references to the publications should be enclosed in square brackets and appear as [1,2] [1-10].

4. Manuscript reviewing

Reviews that contain questions, and/or critical comments together with decision of the Executive Member are sent to the authors who may
• withdraw the manuscript;
• revise the manuscript by addressing questions and critical comments of all reviewers and by providing a detailed explanation which of the reviewers’ suggestions were (fully or partly) incorporated during manuscript revision;
• if the authors reject (fully or partly) the reviewers comments, they should provide a thorough and substantiated reasoning of the rejection in their reply.
Revised manuscript submitted after this deadline is processed by the Editorial Board as a new submission. After acceptance for publication, only stylistic and technical editing of manuscripts is allowed. The corrections are introduced by the technical editor only after their approval by the author(s).
The rejection of a manuscript is ultimate. The reviewers’ comments together with the decision of the Editorial Board are sent to the authors of the rejected manuscript. If rejected manuscript is resubmitted as a new submission, but without a substantial revision, it is not considered by the Editorial Board and is not accepted by the Journal.

5. Legal Matters

Authors of original research articles and discussions published in the Journal take full responsibility for the compliance with the legislation on copyright issues, official secrecy and commercial confidence, publication of materials covered by the copyright transfer agreements, contracts, or other juridical documents, patents, and licenses.
When submitting their manuscripts to the Editorial board, authors confirm that the manuscript was not published (in full or in part) elsewhere and that it is now submitted for publication to another journal. Authors should provide one copy of the Copyright Agreement signed by all manuscript authors, by which the copyright on the publication (in Russian or English depending on language of submission) is transferred to the publisher. By transferring the manuscript to the Journal, the authors agree with the publication on the Journal website (both Russian and English versions) of the abstract of their article, list of references, and the author information and with subsequent (six months after printed copy issue) publication of the full text of the paper in the language of submission.
