ОПТИМИЗАЦИЯ ДЕМОГРАФИЧЕСКОЙ СИТУАЦИИ В РСО‑АЛАНИЯ
КАК МЕХАНИЗМ УСТОЙЧИВОГО РАЗВИТИЯ ТЕРРИТОРИИ

Одним из этапов формирования стратегии устойчивого развития территории является определение доминирующих тенденций демографического развития. В статье рассмотрены особенности современной демографической ситуации в Республике Северная Осетия – Алания. Сделан анализ демографических процессов. Определены проблемы, требующие комплексного решения.
Представлены рекомендации для улучшения демографической ситуации в Северной Осетии, среди которых создание экспертного демографического совета, формирование региональной демографической политики и др.

OPTIMIZATION OF THE DEMOGRAPHIC SITUATION IN RNO‑ALANYA
AS THE MECHANISM OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TERRITORY

One of the stages of the formation of a strategy for sustainable development of the territory is to determine the dominant trends in demographic development. The article considers the features of the modern demographic situation in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. The analysis of demographic processes is made. Problems that require a comprehensive solution are identified. Recommendations are presented for improving the demographic situation in North Ossetia, including the creation of an expert demographic council, the formation of a regional demographic policy, etc.
