ГОРНЫХ ТЕРРИТОРИЙ (ПРАВОВЫЕ АСПЕКТЫ)

В статье анализируются аспекты влияния информационных технологий на развитие процесса устойчивого развития горных территорий. Влияние информатизации на устойчивое развитие может быть оценено при помощи различных методов и показателей. Анализ результатов такого влияния облегчает разработку прогнозов и стратегий развития сферы информационных технологий как в рамках конкретного государства, так и на уровне международного сообщества государств, а также позволяет в прогнозировании воздействия информатизации на развитие общества и качество жизни населения. Автор анализирует нормативно-правовые акты в исследуемой сфере и предпринимает попытку выявления существующих проблем. Автор приходит к выводу о необходимости применения комплексного подхода с опорой на действенные правовые основы.

The aspects of the influence of information technologies on the development of sustainable mountain development are analyzed in article. The impact of informatization on sustainable development can be assessed using various methods and indicators. The analysis of the results of such influence facilitates the development of forecasts and strategies for the development of the information technology sector, both within the concrete state and at the level of the international community of states, and also allows predicting the impact of informatization on the development of society and the quality of life of the population. The author analyzes the normative legal acts in the field under investigation and undertakes an attempt to identify the existing problems. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to apply an integrated approach based on effective legal frameworks.
